How to order

Due to crazy amount of orders I have suspended custom wrap service. Basically I spend too long ensuring each is perfect and because of that the completion time for a 6-pen wrap has remained at around 4-5 hours despite greater experience! Once through my order list I am likely to return to making wraps and listing when complete to retain control of my time, but will make regular variations of popular designs. Please drop me a line if you have any questions.

Please click the "Order form" link in the page list row at the top of this page, or CLICK HERE to access the order form. The order process is as follows:
  1. Complete the online order form: This form includes fabric and thread choices, and provides opportunity to request special changes to your product. Enter your email address at the end of the form, and submit.
  2. Email confirmation: I will email you directly within 24hrs to confirm your order choices, answer any questions, and confirm final price. 
  3. Final price: Final price may vary according to any special requests you might have, but rarely by more than $5 or $10, such as for two printed fabrics, special sizing, and/or extra pen slots. If your request does not take me much extra time or fabric to complete, it probably won't cost extra at all!
  4. Shipping: Price includes normal domestic shipping within Australia. I can post by Registered, Express or international shipping, and charge the different in the additional cost. 
  5. Lead time: I will advise you of the lead time to make your custom product and get it in the mail. I make all custom items strictly in the order that requests were received. 
  6. A Wrap in a Rush! If you need a wrap in a rush, please let me know - I can bump you to the front of the queue for an additional fee, which basically means me staying up very late at night so as not to affect lead time on the other orders! The Wrap in a Rush fee buys me coffee to fuel the work!
  7. Payment: Once you're happy, please make payment by bank deposit with your surname as the reference, and email me the confirmation details. International orders can pay via Paypal; for domestic orders I prefer bank deposit please as Paypal fees eat into the very small money I make from these (less than $5 an hour!) after fabric & thread costs, electricity, postage, machine costs etc. are considered.
  8. No delay for bank transfer: I will commence making your product once I receive your email with bank deposit confirmation details, so that there is no delay waiting for bank transfer.
  9. Shipping confirmation: Once ready I will pop your product in the mail and email you a photo of the parcel to confirm postage. If you have requested Registered or Express post I will also provide tracking details for you to track delivery. 
  10. Feedback: I value your feedback! Please let me know what you think of your product, and how it meets your needs. If you ordered a custom product then this feedback is even more vital to me.

Welcome to my little inky blob.

Here I ponder pens, play with inks, and share my sewing creations of pen wraps and pouches. The sewing is a new venture that I am really enjoying right now, and it's great to have fun making things that help others enjoy our awesome fountain pen hobby even more!

I have another blob, wherein I run too much. If you are interested in one, you are more than likely uninterested in the other. Then again, you might well be. After all, I am.
